Artwork proofing:
Two level of artwork proofing provided for all type of invitations except Birchcraft Studio invitations.
Black and white proof: Upon receipt of the invitation wording, according to the order turnaround timing process complete set of black and white proofs will be sent by email. Up to 3 revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at the cost of $35 per revision.
Press proof (digital color): Upon approval of the black and white proof. Processing time 2-3 business day. This proof is for color, design and layout verification. Any metallic finish on paper or fabric stock will not available on the digital color proof. Any decoration and the embellishment will not available on the digital color proof. Up to 2 free revisions for color change. No text changes. Additional color or text change will be charged at the cost of $35 per revision.
Turnaround timing:
Normal Turnaround Timing:
Scroll invitations without printing: 5-7 business days.
Scroll Invitations with printing: 2-3 business weeks after the art work is finalized.
7 Days Expedite:
Artwork: Next business day. 7 Business days upon approval of final art work. Excluding shipping* - Add extra $1.50 per card.
5 Days Super Expedite:
Artwork: Same day. 5 Business days upon approval of final art work. Excluding shipping*- Add extra $2.00 per card
Shipping turnaround:
Domestic Shipping: We use USPS, UPS & FedEx to ship out the orders. The shipping time vary by coast to coast. Normally it will be 2-5 business days anywhere in the USA.
International shipping: We use FedEx International Priority/ Economy mode service.
International Orders:
The displayed flat rate shipping charge applicable only to the domestic orders in USA only. For the international orders extra shipping cost will be calculated and quoted by email. Upon receipt of the shipping cost all the orders will be processed. For international shipments, our shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective international countries, and not by us, or the shipping carrier. Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. As this may differ from country to country, we are unable to give you an accurate estimate unfortunately. Please check with your country's customs for details terms and/or regulations for incoming shipments from an international country.
